Owner & Home Inspector Byrian Kramme has more than 16 years of experience as a full time inspector. He worked over 20 years in the construction industry building both residential and commercial buildings in Southwest Missouri. Byrian regularly attends Bolivar Christian Church and is an avid outdoorsman who likes to hunt, fish, travel, and take motorcycle rides with his wife, Lisa.
Tim Ott

Home Inspector Tim Ott worked for over 30 years in the residential construction business and has 6 years experience as a full time Inspector. He and his wife Debbie are active members of Collins Christian Church. Tim enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, gardening, and appreciating all of God’s creation with his family.
Dave Smith

After many years in the construction business, Dave Smith turned to home inspection, which he has been practicing full time for over 11 years. He’s also a certified locksmith! Dave and his wife Patty live on a farm and raise cattle in their spare time. The family is active in their home church.
Terry Arnold

Terry Arnold has worked in the construction trade for more than 20 years. Before becoming a home inspector, Terry was also a commercial farmer. Terry and his wife, Marla, have been married for 36 years and are active member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. Terry enjoys traveling and camping with his family and friends.
Scott Beanland

Scott grew up in the construction business from an early age. After graduating from Drury University with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Scott worked in the Springfield area as a designer and architect for many years. Scott returned to his roots in the Branson area where he has owned and operated a design and construction business since 2004. In his spare time, Scott enjoys working out, hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
